Kerri Thomassen
Kerri grew up in the Hauraki Plains before moving to Auckland where she trained at the Cut Above Academy in special effects and hairdressing.
Once she completed her studies she moved to Wellington to work for the excellent Matt Forsman Hair. Working shoulder to shoulder with some of the best in the industry, she found her love for long hair work, free hand balayage and precision cutting.
A seven-year stint at Matt Forsman Hair saw Kerri grow into the salon manager position and chief educator. A consummate professional on and off the salon floor, Kerri is an awesome individual and is a pleasure to work with.

Outside of Fabrik you can see Kerri whizzing about Hamilton on her E-scooter with fiancé Evin. She loves her music and Jamie doesn’t mind her taking control of the salon tunes.
