Online bookings
We require a non-refundable deposit for all online bookings.
Cancellations/no-shows
Any cancellations, last minute reschedules and no shows within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a charge of $50 per booked service.
We expect clients to pay this charge first before we will accept an online rebooking for any future appointments.
Parking
Central business district – We encourage our clients to utilise the numerous off-street parking located in the CBD to avoid any parking infringements.
There is one hour free on-street parking in the CBD but this is strictly monitored and all vehicle number plates must be registered via parking machines. To find out your parking options please refer to Hamilton City Council website.
Made at Hamilton East – Parking within the Made carpark requires you to register your vehicles number plate and pay for any additional time you will need at point of registration. Please refer to the rules and regulations which is explained throughout carpark and ensure you have planned enough time to avoid a parking infringement.
Alternatively you can park offsite and walk to the premises.
Fabrik is not responsible or liable for any parking infringements incurred while visiting one of our salons.
Children’s appointments
We offer child hair cuts at our larger salon located at the Riverbank Lane, CBD and at specific times. Please book your child’s hair cut online for details.
Due to the smaller, intimate space at Fabrik at Made, we do not have the facilities for child appointments.
Shipping
We offer $15.00 flat-rate shipping on all orders.
We ship Monday–Friday, aiming to send all orders within 2 business days. We also have contactless pick-up from the salon.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days after shipping please contact the courier directly.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us at hello@fabrik.co.nz so that we can assist you.
Products purchased on this website can currently only be delivered within New Zealand.
Returns
We will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or in a damaged condition. If you wish to make a return, please email hello@fabrik.co.nz Please include your name, order number and phone number.
We do not provide refunds for a change of mind.
If your item is missing please contact us within 14 days of your item being shipped and we will lodge a claim with the courier and do our best to find your item. We will happily exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned within seven (7)days of purchase and with proof of purchase. If goods are returned to us for exchange, please note the return of these is entirely at your cost and risk.
The product must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and re-saleable condition. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we provide a credit note for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
